Intellisign ensure final users account and admin users account into Intellisign are secure and well-configurated:
- Intellisign allow a maximum of three (3) invalid logon attempts;
- When Intellisign detect an invalid logon attempts the acocunt is temporaly blocked until the admin account request activation. The users will be notify about this False Attemps via E-mail.
- Intellisign request update your password each 45 days.
- The Intellisign Account Password must be set with 8 characters as minimal (Upper case, letters and numbers).
- Before login into your Intellisign Account you will receive an OTP (One Time Password) via Email and SMS, this code must be used to login.
- The Login Website will show you an aleatory code CAPTCHA as part of your login credential. This procedure avoid False Attemps and DDoS Attacks.
- Only the admin users account are able to requets updates or changes into the Intellisign Account. This admin users will have acccess to our ServiceDesk: https://www.intellisign.net/helpdesk
